Boskalis Expands Fleet with Three New Vessels, Strengthening Offshore Capabilities

Boskalis has enhanced its offshore fleet by acquiring three new vessels, bolstering its operational capacity. The company has purchased the 2011-built CSV Pioneer and the 2014-built CSV Pride from FTAI Offshore for USD 143 million. The Pioneer spans 82 meters and is equipped with a 50-tonne constant tension subsea crane, a 700m² free deck, and accommodation for 120 persons. Meanwhile, the Pride measures 130 meters and features a 250-tonne AHC crane, a 35-tonne auxiliary crane, two work-class ROVs and accommodation for 100 people.

Additionally, Boskalis acquired the 2010-built Braveheart Spirit, an offshore survey and IMR support vessel from Braveheart Offshore. The Braveheart Spirit is 73.2 meters long and comes equipped with a 30-tonne A-frame, provisions for two work-class ROVs and accommodation for 50 persons.
